Construction Labor - Nights & Weekends

About the role

Labor support on commercial jobs that run after hours: interior remodels, refreshes, and make-ready turnovers that have to happen when the building is empty. Demo, haul-out, material handling, site protection, clean-up, and helping the trades. This is W-2, on-call work by design. We call you when a night or weekend job runs. The hours are irregular and we pay above day-rate market because of it.

Requirements

• Construction labor experience
• Able to lift and work on your feet through a shift
• Reliable on a night or weekend schedule
• Basic hand tools and boots
• Valid California driver's license

Qualifications

• Demo experience
• Scissor lift or forklift certification
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Any trade skill on top of general labor
