Construction Labor (Day/Night)

About the role

This position involves physical labor for construction projects in the major technical trades. Specific tasks vary based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists with technical tasks in trades including plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• Assists with the installation of fixtures such as windows, roofing, flooring, trim, tile, ceiling tile, hardware, HVAC, and switchbox.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment including drills, saws, nail guns, hammers, and shovels.
• Executes tasks involving physical labor as needed.
• Travels to work sites to complete required tasks and projects.
• Responds to 24/7 emergency coverage as required.
• Maintains a clean job site to eliminate possible hazards.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules, regulations, and incident reporting.
• Organizes and loads/unloads building materials and trucks.
• Reads instructions, specifications, and/or plans to determine work activities.
• Works safely adhering to all aspects of the Health, Safety and Environmental Program.
