About the Role

This role is for a Construction Integration Manager, with the key responsibilities outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Onsite full time with visits to sites under construction in the PHX region, checking on progress, mitigating issues that arise, calling out design flaws, placing POs, etc.
• Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Construction Management experience.
• 5+ years previous data center experience.
• Telecom or GC or fitout experience.
• Previous experience in title.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay

The salary for this position is between $180,000 - $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
