Construction Integration Manager 3
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay Range: $77.00 - $82.94/hour
About the role
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production, construction, and operational teams to ensure project objectives are achieved. Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative stakeholders to resolve production and process-related issues. Develop and implement production tracking, quality control, and maintenance programs to identify and address operational challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, equipment performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Prepare and maintain production reports, project documentation, and personnel records while ensuring compliance with established standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in production operations, construction management, or team supervision
- 5+ years of experience in data center construction, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Experience with quality control systems, production tracking, process improvement, and operational reporting
- Strong knowledge of equipment, machinery, maintenance management, and production processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
