Construction Inspector-NYSDOT-Region 8

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction activities for NYSDOT project
• Prepare daily Inspector reports
• Confirm Contractor quantities
• Ensure implementation of MPT

Qualifications

• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Engineering
• NICET 2,3 certification with 2-3 years of experience (entry level candidates will be considered)

Pay

The pay range for this position in New York is $40-65/hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
