CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR (Fulltime)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Review and analyze construction documents, schematics, and contracts to understand project requirements
• Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship throughout the construction process
• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports outlining compliance or deficiencies
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and owners to address any issues that arise during construction
• Monitor the progress of construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Provide guidance on best practices in construction management and quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality inspection or construction inspection is preferred
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents, schematics, and technical documents
• Knowledge of quality control processes related to building materials and methods
• Familiarity with pipeline construction standards is a plus
