About the role

The role involves traffic planning and design, focusing on developing and implementing strategies to improve road safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze traffic flow data to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement traffic management systems and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and national traffic regulations.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for enhancing traffic flow and reducing congestion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in traffic planning and design.
• Proficiency in traffic simulation software and GIS tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of traffic engineering standards and best practices.
• Experience with traffic signal design and intersection analysis.
• Understanding of urban planning and transportation policy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with traffic modeling software (e.g., CORSIM, VISSIM).
• Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay
