Requirements

• Proven VDOT inspection experience, including knowledge of roadway, structure, and bridge construction.
• VDOT certifications in soil and aggregate, asphalt, concrete, pavement marking, and more.
• Dedication to quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Qualifications

Required Certifications:

• VDOT Soil and Aggregate Field Compaction
• VDOT Asphalt Field Level I & II
• VDOT Hydraulic Cement Concrete Field (ACI Concrete Field Tech Grade I)
• VDOT Pavement Marking
• VDOT ESCCC or DEQ Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector
• VDOT Nuclear Gauge Safety Training
• VDOT Guardrail, Surface Treatment
• VDOT Intermediate Work Zone Safety Training
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction

This position requires operating a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to meet company driving eligibility requirements, including a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review. Employment in this role is contingent upon meeting these requirements.

$52,000 - $83,200 / year
