About the role

Responsible for inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Document findings and prepare reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Communicate with contractors and architects to address issues and provide guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction inspection or related field.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with construction management software.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
