About the role
Responsible for inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Document findings and prepare reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate with contractors and architects to address issues and provide guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction inspection or related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with construction management software.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
