We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Inspector based in Albany, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site
• Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done
• Take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet
• Leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in building construction trades
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience shall be as a Construction Inspector
• This experience shall also include inspection of site/civil work
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
• Possess an OSHA 30 Certification or obtain one within first 30 days of employment

• IDEALLY, you'll have an Associate's Degree or related education degree or certification

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
