Construction Inspector

Requirements

• Determined by agreement 01 Which combination of education and experience do you have?
• Determined by agreement 02 Do you have a valid USA driver's license?
• Determined by agreement 03 Applicants with foreign diplomas, transcripts and degrees must have all documents translated and evaluated by an agency of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) prior to submitting them to the Human Resources Department. Have you had your diploma, transcripts, degree or other required documents translated and evaluated by an agency of NACES?

Qualifications

Completion of 30 hours of college credits in Engineering, Drafting Technology or a closely related or higher physical science field or higher and two (2) years of construction or engineering related experience, or a High School diploma or GED, and four (4) years of construction or engineering related experience.

Licenses and Certificates

• Some positions may require International Code Council Commercial Building Inspector Certification within in three (3) months of date of appointment.
• A Valid Texas Class "C" Driver's License or equivalent from another state.
