We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. First, "About the role": The description includes "This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Construction Inspection Specialist for our Philadelphia, PA office." Also "Your Impact" maybe? But we need to follow headings: About the role (section heading). Use

About the role

then prose. Responsibilities: The "EXAMPLES OF WORK:" list is responsibilities. So we can create
  • each bullet. Requirements: The "Who You Are Required Qualifications" includes knowledge statements and ability statements, plus "3+ years of relevant experience." Also "High School Diploma." So we can put those as list. Qualifications: Might be overlapping with Requirements. But we need to decide: The posting has "Required Qualifications" heading. So we could treat that as Qualifications section. However we also have "Knowledge of..." etc. The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have "Required Qualifications" which includes knowledge, abilities, experience, education. That could go under Qualifications. Requirements maybe could be something else? The posting doesn't have separate "Requirements" besides qualifications. But we could still include Requirements if we have content; maybe we can put the experience and education under Requirements, and knowledge/abilities under Qualifications? But we need to avoid duplication. Better to follow the headings as they appear: The posting has "Who You Are Required Qualifications". So we can treat that as Qualifications. There's no separate "Requirements" heading. However we could still include a Requirements section if we have content like "3+ years of relevant experience" and "High School Diploma". But those are already in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could put those under Requirements and keep Qualifications for knowledge/abilities? But the instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should combine similar content into one section if possible. Probably best to have Qualifications section containing all the required qualifications (knowledge, abilities, experience, education). Then we might not need a separate Requirements section. Skills: The posting does not have a separate skills list; but we could extract abilities like "Ability to read and interpret construction codes, plans, standards, and specifications." "Ability to perform required computations, cost estimates, and calculations." "Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing." Those could be considered skills. So we could put those under Skills. Benefits: The posting includes "WSP Benefits:" paragraph describing benefits. So we include Benefits section. Pay: The posting includes "Compensation: Expected Hourly Rate (all locations): $28.00-$35.00/hour". So we include Pay section. Schedule: No mention of schedule (full-time/part-time, hours). So we should NOT include Schedule section. Also we need to include About WSP? That's not a standard heading but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About WSP" is company description. Could be placed under About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So "About the role" likely refers to role description, not company. But we have "Your Impact" and examples of work. Could treat that as About the role. The company description could be omitted? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep company description somewhere. Could we put it under About the role? Might be okay but it's not exactly about the role. However we could add a separate section like "About WSP" but that's not in the allowed headings list. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't say we cannot add other headings, but to follow the pattern we likely should stick to those. However we need to preserve all substantive information, so we need to include company description somewhere. Perhaps we can include it under About the role as a brief intro: "About WSP" could be considered part of About the role (the role is at WSP). We'll include a paragraph about WSP after the role intro. Thus structure:

    About the role

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Construction Inspection Specialist for our Philadelphia, PA office. ... (include description of role and impact).

Then maybe a paragraph about WSP: Could be included in same section or separate? Might be okay to add another

    About WSP

but not in list. Safer to include within About the role. Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

      with each example. Then Qualifications:

      Qualifications

with knowledge statements, abilities, experience, education. Then Skills:

        Skills

with abilities (maybe same as qualifications? But we can separate: knowledge vs skills). However we might duplicate. Better to combine knowledge and abilities under Qualifications, and maybe Skills empty? But we need to include Skills only if there is real specific content. There are abilities that could be considered skills. So we can put those under Skills. But we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's extract: Knowledge statements: - Knowledge of the procedures and techniques used construction inspection. - Knowledge of the procedures, techniques, and equipment used in building construction. - Knowledge of the procedures and techniques involved in the collection and evaluation of technical data. - Knowledge of procedures and techniques used in performing tests on construction materials. - Knowledge of the principles surrounding the use of natural and manufactured materials and their placement in construction. - Knowledge of the use and functionality of standard office equipment. Ability statements: - Ability to read and interpret construction codes, plans, standards, and specifications. - Ability to perform required computations, cost estimates, and calculations. - Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience. Education: High School Diploma. Thus we could put knowledge and abilities under Qualifications, and maybe Skills could be empty; but we need to include Skills only if there is real specific content. Since we have abilities, we could treat them as Skills. But then Qualifications would only have knowledge, experience, education. That seems okay. Let's decide: Qualifications: knowledge statements + experience + education. Skills: ability statements. Now Benefits: paragraph. Pay: paragraph with hourly rate. Now About the role: include the initial description and maybe "Your Impact" and examples? Actually examples are responsibilities. So About the role could include the opening sentence and maybe "Your Impact" description? The "Your Impact" heading is not in our list but we could treat its content as part of About the role (role impact). We'll include a paragraph summarizing the impact: "An employee in this job performs technical inspections of construction projects or materials testing work, which involves project safety, project records control, reconstruction projects, or contractor cost payment. Work involves projects that are characterized by operations, such as roadway overlays, widening, stabilization, earthwork, material placement, water supply, and drainage. Work also involves interpreting contract requirements through analysis of specifications and drawings; and applying a variety of testing and inspection techniques. Work requires independent judgment in making technical decisions. Work is assigned with general direction by a technical supervisor who reviews work for results attained." That's from the description after "Your Impact". We'll include that. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: We have not included the "WSP Benefits:" duplicate later. We included benefits once. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. The company description is substantive. We omitted
