About the role
with. - Preferred Location: remote, home-office based role and candidates must be located in one of the following states: NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TN, KY, LA, AR, OH, or IN. Travel Requirements Expected travel is up to 10% for this role. That could be part of Requirements? Or maybe a separate section like "Location & Travel". But only allowed headings are the listed ones. Could fold location into Requirements or Qualifications? Probably Requirements includes location and travel. We'll include under Requirements. - Essential Functions list: many bullet-like sentences. Those are responsibilities. So we can put under
Responsibilities
with- each.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred... Or equivalent professional experience... That's Qualifications.
- Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills: list of required experience etc. That could be Requirements (or Skills). We have both Requirements and Skills headings. We need to decide distribution.
We have Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills (3+ years outreach, 3+ years commercial construction, ability to analyze data, ability to analyze source funnel, strong communication, ability to communicate value proposition, proficiency in MS Office, ability to learn Dodge tools, high attention to detail). Those are skills/experience. Could go under Requirements (experience) and Skills (specific skills). We'll separate: Requirements: experience (years, location, travel). Skills: technical and soft skills.
- Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills: list of preferred. Could go under Preferred Qualifications? Not a heading. Could go under Qualifications (preferred) or Skills (preferred). We'll maybe put under Qualifications as preferred qualifications.
- About Dodge Construction Network: company description. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role as extra paragraph.
- Salary Disclosure: mentions compensation package includes market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, uncapped variable incentive plans or annual discretionary performance bonus. Also mentions legal work authorization, background check. That's Benefits and Pay info. So we can create Benefits section with comprehensive benefits, variable incentive plans, etc. Pay section: market competitive salary (but not specific number). The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state compensation package includes market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, uncapped variable incentive plans or annual discretionary performance bonus. So we can include Benefits and Pay. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Here we have "market competitive salary" which is vague but still a statement. It's acceptable? The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "market competitive salary" is somewhat vague but not exactly those placeholders. It's a statement. I'd include it.
- Schedule: not mentioned. No schedule info besides full-time. Could we infer full-time schedule? Not explicit. The posting says "This full-time position". That implies schedule full-time but not specific hours. Might be considered schedule info. But we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state full-time, which is a schedule type. Could include Schedule: Full-time. However the instruction says avoid filler like "not specified". Full-time is specified. I'd include Schedule section with Full-time.
- Reasonable Accommodation, EEO statement: boilerplate to remove.
- Also lines about "Consideration of the background check will be tailored..." that's part of background check; could be part of Benefits? Not really. Might be considered part of Requirements? Probably remove as boilerplate? It's about hiring process; could be considered part of application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. This is about background check after conditional offer. Might be considered part of hiring process, not job content. Safer to remove.
- Also "#DE-DNI #DE-2026-129" remove.

Check for any duplicated content: We have repeated "market competitive salary" in Benefits and Pay. Might be okay but could be considered thin. Perhaps combine Pay and Benefits? But instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could merge Pay into Benefits. However we need to follow headings only if real content. We have Pay info: "market competitive salary". That's not specific but it's a statement. Could be considered filler? It's not "commensurate with experience" but still vague. Might be okay. But we could omit Pay section and put salary info in Benefits. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state compensation package includes market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, uncapped variable incentive plans or annual discretionary performance bonus. So we can put all that in Benefits. Then we could omit Pay and Schedule sections unless we have explicit schedule info (full-time). Schedule: full-time is stated. So we could keep Schedule. Pay maybe redundant. Let's drop Pay section to avoid thin. Thus final HTML: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The intro paragraph about role and reporting to Manager. Included in About the role. Also we included About Dodge Network paragraph? Not yet. We could
