CONSTRUCTION GPS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to provide field survey services
• Demonstrate benefits of using SITECH digital services and the products used
• Conduct field training
• Oversee growth and development of 3D modeling services

Requirements

• Must be able to use land/construction surveying equipment
• Must be able to read and interpret CAD construction plans
• Must be able to manage subcontractors and customers simultaneously
• Must be able to think quickly to handle customer situations to produce immediate results
• Must be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and skills
• Must have excellent driving record
• Must be able to travel and work flexible hours as required
• Must promote a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' progressive land survey construction experience
• Survey and construction experience using Trimble Site Positioning Systems and Machine Grade Control Systems (preferred)
• 3D GPS modeling experience
• Licensed land surveyor in VA, MD, or DE (preferred)
• Civil engineering experience (preferred)

• Walk occasionally
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms frequently
• Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally

Compensation

• Starting Compensation Range: $90,000 – $115,000 per year
