Construction General Superintendent

About the role

The Construction Team at Fluidstack is responsible for delivering one of the largest data center buildouts of its kind, with many sites running at once. They focus on extreme ownership, velocity, and first principles thinking to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the field across an entire site: all superintendents, all trades, all shifts report through you.
• Set the site logistics plan, laydown, cranes, access, and deliveries, ensuring multiple GCs and hundreds of trades work without colliding.
• Balance manpower across the job weekly to ensure the critical path is always the best-staffed path.
• Own field safety culture site-wide, including stop-work authority and making it stick.

Requirements

• You've been the top field authority on a $500M+ project with multiple GCs or dozens of trades.
• You've built site logistics plans for congested, fast-track jobs.
• Superintendents want to work for you again.
• You've enforced stop-work and kept the schedule anyway.
• You'll travel and live where the work is.

Qualifications

• Bonus: Experience with data center or industrial mega-projects. Multi-GC coordination. Union and open-shop environments.
