About the role
Responsible for performing various tasks in construction projects including but not limited to laying concrete, erecting scaffolding, and assisting in the assembly of building structures.
Responsibilities
- Lay concrete foundations and pour concrete slabs
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding as needed
- Assist in the assembly of building structures
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Experience in construction work preferred
Qualifications
- Strong physical fitness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Skills
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
