Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on commercial interior job sites
- Cook upcrew, subcontractors, and project timelines
- Collaborate with designers and project partners to execute project plans
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Oversee installation of custom-built components including wood and metal features
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Address on-site challenges and provide clear communication to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of interior construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
- Experience with custom millwork or fabrication is an asset
- Comfortable working with tools and participating in field work when needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
