About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise a team of construction workers
- Oversee daily tasks and ensure quality workmanship
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients and contractors to resolve issues and maintain project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
