Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily site operations and subcontractor adherence to scope
- Leading safety meetings, inspections, and daily huddles
- Maintaining field logs, redlines, photos, and documentation (BuilderTrend or similar)
- Verifying layout, elevations, and compliance with construction drawings
- Enforcing site safety, cleanliness, PPE, and access control
- Tracking weather delays, deliveries, RFIs, and daily reporting
- Cooking with engineers, inspectors, owners, and field staff
- Coordinating with engineers, inspectors, owners, and field staff
- Managing punch lists and supporting final inspections
- Submitting daily progress reports to management
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of commercial construction field experience
- Strong knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities, and punch management
- Experienced in implementing best practices on job site
- Skilled in reading plans and resolving layout issues
- OSHA 30 and BuilderTrend experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency (Spanish bilingual preferred)
