About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing subcontractors, and coordinating with clients and other contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work with other contractors
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project progress
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
