Construction Field Specialist (On-site)

About the Role

The Construction Field Surveyor assists with the firm’s design teams in the construction administration phase.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project for construction document compliance.
• Provides existing conditions verification and as-built services (pre and post construction).
• Provides on-site representation services.
• Travel to various project sites from local sites to more remote sites in other states, including staying overnight as needed.

Requirements

• Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a technical degree related to the architecture/construction industry, construction project management, or superintendent/inspection services experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Able to work under time constraints; long hours may be required.
• Overtime (40+ hours) may be required as needed.
