Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily field operations to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support the site superintendent and project manager with scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and design specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and document progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records including daily logs, RFIs, change orders, and field reports.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field engineering or construction site coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$70,000 - $100,000 per year
