Key Responsibilities
- Lead estimates from concept through final submission on diverse projects.
- Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to develop clear and accurate cost breakdowns.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Cook up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Participate in value engineering to optimize scope and cost-efficiency.
- Support strategic bid decisions and present estimates with confidence and clarity.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and/or equivalent of minimum 2+ years' equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- Constructions/Engineering degree, preferred.
- Accomplished in three (3) trades, required.
- Strong command of construction industry practices, materials, and labor markets.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
