About the Role

As a Restoration Estimator with Two Eagles Restoration, you will serve your community when it needs it the most by communicating with clients and adjusters to define the scope and expectations for rebuild projects. You’ll celebrate project completions with homeowners, project managers, and team members, learning new things daily about scoping and signing construction projects. This role involves setting proper expectations, achieving results, and being part of a growing business and community.

Restoration Estimators work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. You will be on scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for production teams to complete. You’ll build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners to restore structures to their original form.

Responsibilities

  • Meet operational objectives for sales, gross margin, and brand experience.
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R, such as a Net Promoter Score of 60.
  • Clearly communicate expectations with project managers and adjusters, onsite as needed.
  • Profitably scope estimates and sign projects to get started.
  • Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.
  • Ensure projects complete within profit range and service level agreements are met.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend availability for new losses, as determined by the schedule.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Establish relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPAs.
  • Seek partnerships to improve team performance.

Requirements

  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most.
  • Proficient with a variety of current technology.
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education.
  • Sound planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Previous estimating experience (e.g., Xactimate) is welcomed if willing to continually learn within the industry.
  • Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead, are preferred.

If you have limited experience but meet all other qualifications, we will invest in your training.

Working Conditions

The role requires working in all types of indoor and outdoor conditions. You will frequently use personal protective equipment and must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Base commission with a yearly pay range of $50,000 to $100,000, depending on production. No limit to earning potential. Compensation range for this role is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
