About the role

As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects. This includes analyzing project specifications, researching material costs, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update cost estimates for construction projects
• Research and analyze material and labor costs
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgetary accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
