About the Role

Lead preconstruction efforts for large-scale commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects. The role focuses on conceptual and hard-bid estimating, including work within the concrete sector. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Estimator to grow the preconstruction division across Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating for conceptual and hard bids across industrial and commercial sectors
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and executives to align on project strategy
• Support growth of the Indianapolis office through strategic project delivery
• Maintain strong communication across internal teams and subcontractors
• Utilize company systems and tools to manage estimating workflows
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on long-term development and quality execution
• Represent company values of professionalism, transparency, and thoughtful project selection

Requirements

• Deep experience in preconstruction and estimating across commercial, healthcare, concrete, and industrial sectors
• Proven ability to lead internal teams and collaborate with project managers, field staff, and executives
• Comfortable using industry-standard tools and systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to quality and schedule adherence

• Motivation to contribute to the growth of the Indianapolis office and take on long-term leadership responsibilities
