Responsibilities

• Lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard-bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Greater Madison area
• Play a key role in shaping our Estimator Department through development and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years estimating experience
• Experience with both hard-bid and conceptual estimating
• Technical skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, estimating database software, and Onscreen takeoff

Pay

$90,000 - $130,000 per year
