About the role

Responsible for estimating construction projects, preparing cost estimates, and providing technical advice to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review project specifications and drawings to determine material quantities and labor requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate project budgets
• Provide technical advice on cost-effective solutions and materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Cost estimation software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
• Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

• $50,000 - $70,000 annually
