About the role

The Construction Estimation Specialist is responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This includes analyzing project specifications, preparing detailed cost breakdowns, and communicating findings to clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and provide detailed cost breakdowns
• Communicate cost estimates and project timelines to clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing data
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accuracy in estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience working with project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for precision and attention to detail
