Construction Engineer / Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
- Monitor test bed, test article, test tunnel, and test support facilities construction activities
- Submit quality assurance reports covering schedule updates, work in progress, potential issues and resolutions, quality assurance on quality control measures, and contractor performance
- Gather all pertinent information on behalf of the Government during construction project monitoring
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
- Make recommendations to address issues concerning schedule, safety, engineering and Quality Assurance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited school and 8+ years of engineering construction management experience
- OR Master's degree in an Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited school and 6+ years of engineering construction management experience
- PMP Certified
- OSHA 30-hour certification or EM-385 40-hour certification
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- US Citizenship is required
Desired Qualifications
- US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Control Management for Contractors certification (must be completed upon employment)
- Underground Awareness Training
- Confined Space hazards, safe entry procedures, and rescue protocols training

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
