Construction Engineer B
About the role
Provide engineering and project management support for the planning, design, construction, and renovation of company facilities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.
Apply engineering principles and sound technical judgment to resolve construction issues, evaluate alternatives, and support successful project execution while minimizing disruptions to company operations. Maintain accurate project documentation, monitor project progress, and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to the Construction Manager and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Manage construction contracts, permitting, and compliance with building codes
- Use AutoCAD and construction document management systems
- Maintain project documentation and track progress
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Resolve construction issues and evaluate alternatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- 3–5 years of construction engineering or project management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software
