About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable design solutions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate sustainability principles into project designs
- Conduct research on emerging sustainable technologies and practices
- Advocate for sustainability policies and practices within the organization
- Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sustainable design and construction
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of green building standards and certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
