Construction Electrical Superintendent - Healthcare

The role involves managing electrical systems in healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in healthcare settings.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to design and implement efficient electrical solutions.
• Perform inspections and tests to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction and maintenance.
• Valid journeyman electrician license.
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific electrical systems and standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
