Construction Document Control Administrator
Job Description
Parsons is looking for a talented Construction Document Control Administrator to join our team!
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for project records across Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and SharePoint.
- Develop document control processes and governance across various contractors.
- Drive consistent contractor adoption of client document control standards.
- Ensure audit-ready traceability from creation through closeout/turnover.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, project controls, or document management.
- 5+ years of construction document control experience, preferably on large/complex capital projects.
- Hands-on experience administering Procore (Documents, Submittals, Transmittals, Correspondence, Directory; plus familiarity with Inspections/Meetings/Observations as applicable).
- Demonstrated experience enforcing owner-controlled PMIS standards on contractor-led projects (not just administering systems).
- Ability to interpret and enforce project controls / document management procedures aligned to client standards.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting mega projects, advanced manufacturing, or semiconductor construction programs.
- Extensive experience with Procore, Autodesk ACC, and SharePoint Online.
- Procore certifications or formal PMIS administration experience.
- Experience supporting projects governed by formal Comment Resolution Sheet (CRS) processes and consolidated Owner feedback cycles.
- Experience working across multiple PMIS platforms concurrently (e.g., Procore as MoR, ACC for design WIP, SharePoint for archival).
- Experience supporting closeout, turnover, and record-handover for large capital projects.
- Proven experience managing Master Deliverable Registers (MDRs) and validating contractor submissions against contractual deliverable requirements.

Pay
Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
