About the role
The Construction Division Scheduling Manager is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of construction projects within the division. This role involves managing timelines, resources, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of construction projects
- Manage timelines and resources to ensure project milestones are met
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Ensure compliance with project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations

Schedule
