• Restricted access to the main office (one delegate at a time).
• Limited course numbers to ensure social distancing.
• Staff equipped with appropriate PPE.
• Hand sanitizers available at key locations; increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection.
• Fogging, electrospraying, and touch-point cleaning conducted every evening.
• Non-contact temperature screening for all individuals entering the premises.
• Staggered and shortened break times to minimize contact.
• Qualified first aiders on hand, briefed on COVID-19 guidance.
• Maximum of 12 delegates per course.
• Failure to adhere to safety rules may result in removal from the classroom and additional rebooking charges.
