Construction coordinator network expansion FTTX

About the role

Monitoring of construction according to plan and continuous quality control. Primary contact for customers, municipalities and our construction partners on site. Responsibility for coordination and implementation of PoP setup (Point of Presence).

Responsibilities

• Review of the construction work to ensure compliance with the German fiber optic expansion concept, standards, permits and regulations
• Control of deadlines, costs and performance requirements
• Documentation of the passive FTTX network deployment process, including the execution of all necessary approvals from the road construction authorities

Qualifications

• Successful completion of vocational training in a technical field
• Professional experience in civil engineering, FTTX network expansion, cable technology or in infrastructure projects is advantageous
• Knowledge of contract law, including VOB, ZTVA, MVAS, RSA, is desirable
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in projects and initiate solutions that consider the needs of all stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, independent and committed way of working
• Technical and business understanding, as well as a great interest in digital work
• B driving license and readiness to travel within current expansion regions
