Responsibilities

  • Implement Crisis Control Plan
  • Affix with weekly job site safety inspections
  • Affix with daily guardrail / hole cover / safety net inspection
  • Attend daily/weekly safety meetings
  • Affix with verifying materials being installed match submittals and contract drawings
  • Affix with maintaining QAP Program in Procore
  • Affix with material tracking log and material being on-site
  • Affix with developing final punch list
  • Understand project schedules
  • Affix with RFI and submittal processes
  • Document control management
  • Affix with weekly trade partner meetings

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Desire to pursue a career in the construction industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Physical Demands and Working Environment

  • Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
  • Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight 50 lbs; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
