Construction Coordinator- 1503086
Responsibilities
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with construction documents.
- Read and review construction schedules, create 3-week lookaheads, and conduct whiteboard meetings.
- Identify constraints, assign responsibility, and escalate issues to the Project Leader.
- Conduct quality inspections and support commissioning activities, including Kanban.
- Perform constructability reviews to identify conflicts or ambiguities in drawings/specifications.
- Work in BlueBeam and Procore to create visual exhibits about construction progress (Kanishki).
Essential Skills
- 10+ years of experience in construction management or coordination.
- Extensive safety oversight experience; must be OSHA 30 certified.
- Proficiency in BlueBeam or similar tools, such as Adobe.
- Experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Proficiency in MS Project for creating and reviewing project plans.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; candidates with equivalent experience are eligible.
- Experience with MS Project and schedule of values review is an added bonus.
Work Environment
The role requires a construction professional committed to a long-term position. The candidate must have recent experience in commercial or industrial construction. The scope includes renovation and refurbishment of existing facilities and new construction at various U.S. sites. The work environment is dynamic, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr.
