About the position
This is a Limited Area of Consideration for applicants that are Current Civilian Employees of the Command, USACE and the other employment authority categories listed above. This position is a Construction Control Representative, serving as a Contracting Officers Representative for the Operations and Maintenance Services Cost Contract, and other contracts as may be necessary, for the complete operations and maintenance of multi-purpose civil works project.
Responsibilities
- Monitor contract performance and compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Resolve contract issues and disputes in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare and review contract documents, including change orders and claims.
- Manage contract negotiations and facilitate contract closeout processes.
- Ensure adherence to cost control measures and monitor budget compliance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on contract administration matters.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction management or contracting.
- Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and policies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with contract management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
