Responsibilities

• Perform construction control representative duties at the full performance level (GS-11), ensuring compliance with project specifications, plans, and contract requirements.
• Inspect construction sites to verify materials, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
• Review and approve contractor submittals, including shop drawings, material certifications, and test reports.
• Monitor construction progress, prepare reports, and document any deviations or deficiencies.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct final inspections and recommend acceptance or rejection of completed work.
