Construction Contracts Specialist

Role Overview: This position involves reviewing construction, procurement, equipment supply, and subcontractor agreements to identify contractual and operational risks. Key Responsibilities Support negotiations and develop risk mitigation strategies.Coordinate with legal teams and project stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.Prepare contract risk briefings for senior management to inform decision-making.Assist in assessing potential risks and ensuring contractual safeguards are in place.May include site visits to active construction locations to monitor ongoing activities. Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of construction, procurement, and supply agreements.Experience in risk assessment and mitigation within contracts.Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with legal teams and stakeholders.Ability to prepare clear and concise risk briefings for senior management.Willingness to visit active construction sites as needed.
