Construction Contract Change Manager (Data Centers)
Typical Responsibilities
- Be proficient in the contract change process and enable knowledge sharing with wider project management team.
- Review contract language to identify scope changes and determine merit for contractor requested changes.
- Develop multiple change orders and meet expected dates of completion and engage with stakeholders on a regular basis regarding potential contract changes and risk items.
- Affirm change order cost estimates and ensure estimates are accurate.
- Assist with Time Impact Analysis for changes where applicable.
- Provide timely analysis of changes and claims and recommend appropriate negotiating strategies.
- Work with Construction Management Team to identify potential changes and scope impacts.
- Develop change and claim avoidance and prevention strategies.
- Provide high level change summary and assist client in negotiations with the Contractor.
- Attend regular executive change meetings to present potential change orders and analysis to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with Delivery Team on status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.
- 15+ years experience in Commercial Management and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Ability to be remote, but site travel required.
- Used to fast-paced dynamic environments with many stakeholders.
- Prompt and responsive.
- Exposure to Mega Projects a MUST.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Product Suite.
- Exposure to various construction and Management platforms, such as Procore, Unifier, Power BI.
Qualifications
- Experienced and collaborative Construction Contract Change Manager.
- Based in Bellevue, WA office.
- Responsible for leading, coordinating and the overall management of the change management team on multibillion dollar Data Center construction projects.
- Directly communicates with the Construction Management team, the Construction Contractor, and the Client-side Owner.

The base salary range for this position is $111,000.00 to $152,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
