Construction & Commissioning Leader for a leader in the Business Services space, based in Atlanta, GA (US‑based candidates only, no visa sponsorship). The role guides construction and commissioning execution across complex projects, focusing on delivery discipline, operational excellence, and cost control. The leader partners with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion and effective claims management, while building and motivating a high‑performing team and driving practical improvements that strengthen efficiency and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives for construction and commissioning projects
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices for project delivery
• Build and inspire a diverse team of experts while fostering collaboration
• Champion innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and cost reduction
• Oversee the global cost center to ensure budget compliance and financial discipline
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to assure project success
• Manage subcontractor relationships and lead claim negotiations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of leadership experience in construction and commissioning in the energy or heavy industrial sector
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commissioning processes
• Proven capability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay

$220,000 – $320,000 annually
