Construction Cleaning $22/hour

On-Site Duties

• Clean up after different subcontractors
• Prep the area for the next subcontractor
• Dispose of debris and trash properly
• Walk-through with the contractor to understand expectations
• Follow up with the contractor to confirm clean-up job meets expectations

Post-Construction Cleaning

• Clean ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, mechanical registers, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, countertops, appliances and other fixtures
• Sweep and mop floors and outdoor spaces
• Use appropriate cleaning products for the material being cleaned
