On-Site Duties
- Clean up after different subcontractors
- Prep the area for the next subcontractor
- Dispose of debris and trash properly
- Walk-through with contractors to understand expectations
- Follow up with contractors to confirm clean-up job meets expectations
Post-Construction Cleaning
- Clean ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, mechanical registers, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, countertops, appliances and other fixtures
- Sweep and mop floors and outdoor spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning products for different materials
