About the role
We are seeking a skilled Construction Carpenter to perform framing, form setting, installation, repairs, and general carpentry work on residential and commercial construction projects in Los Fresnos, TX. If you have a strong work ethic, experience with construction tools, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Wood framing and structural construction
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Installation of doors, windows, flooring, and trim
- Concrete formwork and layout work
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely
- Following OSHA and job site safety standards
- Working alongside construction crews to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Construction Carpenter, Framer, Form Carpenter, Finish Carpenter, or General Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
