About the Role
As the Solution Associate Team Lead, you will manage a team of Solution Managers within your region, reporting to the Regional Team Lead. You'll be the day-to-day driving force behind your team's performance and development, ensuring your Solution Managers deliver high-quality, efficient work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Buildots projects managed in your team, end-to-end lifecycle from setup throughout maintenance, to ensure seamless delivery, to drive impact through effective implementation, coordination, and delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage your team of Solution Managers, maintaining managerial routines and providing day-to-day feedback and support fostering technical excellence and a strong team culture.
- Own KPI performance for your team and track your team's performance dashboards regularly and identify gaps early, implementing corrective actions when KPIs fall below target.
- Ensure your team adheres to global design guidelines and quality standards.
- Surface risks, blockers, and dependencies for your team's projects to the Regional Team Lead.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in construction: 1+ years leading or mentoring team members, with a track record of developing talent.
- Construction experience: 5+ years of proven operational experience on construction projects, with deep knowledge of project delivery and construction processes.
- Educational background: Engineering / Construction management or equivalent degree.
- Communication & collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Great interpersonal skills; able to coach individuals, manage day-to-day team dynamics, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Organizational skills: Strong time management skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple Solution Managers and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset & tech-savvy: Ability to track KPI performance for a team using dashboards and drive corrective action. Comfortable with digital tools, MS Office, G Suite; knowledge of 3D software and BIM environments is a plus.
- Process-oriented: A commitment to following and improving global methodologies, with experience supporting others through new features, tools, and workflows.
