Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and performance to ensure successful completion.
  • Keep customers and Project Managers informed about project activities to ensure excellent service.
  • Adhere to company protocols, safety policies, and regulatory requirements; assist in developing Site Safety Plans and conducting toolbox meetings.
  • Pull permits, initiate necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Source and hire subcontractors and vendors to meet project needs while ensuring high service standards.
  • Provide guidance to field supervisors and labor teams, maintain professional client interactions, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Commercial reconstruction project knowledge (REQUIRED).
  • Familiarity with Xactimate and the restoration process.
  • Knowledge of MEP's (Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing).
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Preferred).
  • Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings (Preferred).
  • Understanding of workflow procedures and project management systems.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry (a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and build strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to travel extensively as business needs arise (REQUIRED).
  • Must have a good driving record, be at least 21 years old, and have at least three years of verifiable driving experience.

$25.00 / hour
