Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Pursuing Architectural Registration.
- Proficient with Autocad, Revit, and Bluebeam.
- 4 to 6 years of architectural experience in wood-framed construction (multifamily).
Responsibilities
- Check drawings for accuracy, constructability, and coordination with consultants.
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
- Attend and facilitate construction meetings.
- Review field conditions and prepare Architects Field Reports.
- Prepare Architects Supplemental Instructions (ASIs).
- Review and respond to Requests For Information (RFIs).
- Cookordinate project activities between the Firm/Consultants/Owner and QC.
- Review contractors pay application for accuracy and payment.
- Problem solve on-site issues.
